Application Process

Applicants can open an "eSignCloud Service" account and apply for an electronic certificate at the eSignTrust Registration Authority1.

 

Documents required for Personal User:

  1. Completed eSignCloud Service application form;
  2. Photocopy of valid Macao BIR or ID document and presentation of original document;
  3. Photocopy of Professional Qualification Certificate and presentation of original document (if applicable).

Documents required for Government/Corporate User:

  1. Government Department/Business Organisation itself:
    1. The completed Government/Corporate Certificate Application Form;
    2. Photocopy of Authorised Delegate’s2 and Contact Person’s ID Card;
    3. Photocopy of "Initial Activity/Alteration Declaration" M/1 format of Industrial Tax, "Inscription and Alteration" M/2 format of Professional Tax or "Levied Form" M/8 format of Industrial Tax (Please show the original document, if necessary).
  2. Authorised Users of Government Department/Business Organisation:
    1. The completed eSignCloud Service application form;
    2. Photocopy of valid Macao BIR or ID document and required to show the original document.

 

Applicants can make appointments for the electronic certificate service through the "Macao One Account - Appointment for counter service".

 

Applicants can apply for the "eSignCloud Service” online (only applicable to personal "eSignCloud" accounts). Users must have opened a "Macao One Account" account. Please click this link to download the "Macao One Account" mobile application.

 

Services available online:

  1. "eSignCloud Service" Application/Renewal (Applicable to first-time applicants or renewal applicants of personal "eSignCloud Service" account)
  2. Certificate revocation (applicable to electronic certificate holders)
  3. Annual fee payment (applicable to electronic certificate holders, the items accepted for payment must be the annual fee for personal certificates)
  4. My Certificate (Applicable to electronic certificate holders)

Applicants can apply for the "eSignCloud Service" online (only applicable to Government "eSignCloud" accounts). Users must have opened an entity staff account in Assuntos Governamentais. Please click on this link to enter "Electronic Certificate Services (Government Affairs)" Online Service (Web Version).

  1. "eSignCloud" Service renewal (applicable to users renewing Government "eSignCloud" Service account)

2If necessary, representatives of Government Department/Corporate Organisation may submit an authorisation letter to authorize and delegate representatives to sign all application, revocation and renewal of electronic certificates related documents.
