In order to further facilitate the application of eSignTrust electronic certificate services, starting from 4th December 2023, Macao Post & Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) will launch the Electronic Certificate Service in "Macao One Account" mobile application.

 

By logging into the "Macao One Account" mobile application, users can apply for and renew their personal certificates to use the "eSignCloud" service, revoke their electronic certificates, pay the certificate annual fees, and check the progress and result of the application. The entire application process is completed online without the need to visit in person.
