Before applying for or using an eSignTrust Certificate, Subscriber is required to accept and sign the Subscriber Agreement which set out the terms and conditions including Subscriber obligations, eSignTrust responsibilities, warranty, severability and governing law. By signing the Subscriber Agreement, Subscriber acknowledges to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and has full and complete notice of the obligations and liabilities upon the Subscribers and Relying Parties as set out in the eSignTrust CPS; and further agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.
